Research: Contribute to the development of new knowledge in radiation physics, Radiation and Cancer Biology, and cancer biology.

Teaching: Provide high quality clinical teaching and laboratory instruction to medical students, residents, post-doctoral fellows, and practitioners.

Clinical: Provide high quality, full-service radiation oncology care in an interdisciplinary setting and to provide the "cutting edge" of care in selected clinical areas.
